Question: What is the Referral Network?
Answer: Realtors that have decided to join together and share customers that want to transfer to different parts of the U.S.A.
Question: How do I become a member of the Network?
Answer: Go to the Home page and click on the Install Link button at the top of the page, then follow the step by step instructions.
Question: Are there any monthly fees?
Answer:	No we never charge any monthly fees and we will use every effort to keep this a great utility for Realtors to capture referrals for no ongoing monthly cost.
Question: Why do I have to install a link on my home page?
Answer: By installing the link on your home page you are sharing the Network with all the other Realtors involved in the program.
Question: What if I remove the link from my home page?
Answer: If you remove the link our automatic link checking system notifies us and we remove you until the link is reinstalled.
Question: What if I move the link to another page?
Answer: We will be notified by our automatic link checking system and your link will be disconnected until it is reinstalled on your home page.
Question: How do I see if my area is available?
Answer:	There is a link on the Home page called See if my area is Available Click on this link and it will let you check the cities within the state that are available or Email: David Tipton. In some cases communities may not show up on the search and can easily be added.
Question: What is the Search Engine?
Answer:	The Search Engine is the Link the customer uses to find homes in different parts of the U.S.A. One Link is http://themilitaryreferralnetwork.com and the other link is http://therealtyreferralnetwork.com
Question: What is the difference between the two search Engine links?
Answer:	The military link directs customers involved in the military to military base locations. The City link directs anyone wanting to relocate to a different city to the location of their choice.
Question: Is there a set up fee?
Answer:	The Tech department has to configure the links on the website to match your designated areas. This takes some technical HTML code to be installed to recognize your area and be able to lead the customer to your home page. We are not charging for this service instead we have chosen to keep the service free from any monthly charges or set up fees.
Question: How much is the referral fee?
Answer:	The referral fee is 25% of the broker's commission on the buyer's side of the closing and payable at closing. If you don't close then there is no referral fee.
Question: Can I modify the look of the Link?
Answer:	You can change the color of the fonts to match your home page. The overall look and size cannot be changed without direct support from The Referral Network. We offer this service free of charge and are glad to be of service just call 931-368-1414 for tech support.
Question: Is there tech support for the Network?
Answer:	Yes although we are not available 24 hours a day we will return any message you leave on our phone service or answer all emails expeditiously. That means you can use the service at anytime our answering service is accessible 24/ 7.
Question: Who generates the paperwork for the referrals?
Answer: As soon as a referral has been verified then The Realty Core will fax all documentation to the broker for signature.
Question: What happens if the referral agreement doesn't get signed?
Answer: The Referral Network will disconnect all links until the document agreements have been signed and faxed back to The Realty Core.

Answer:	We will be adding Investors from all over the U.S.A. in this section so Realtors my contact them to see if there may be an interest in some of the properties they have for sale.

Answer: This feature shows the information on The Referral Network.

Answer: This feature shows the contact information.
Question: What's "Link Information"?
Answer: This feature shows all the information on the link and how to get answers to your questions.
Question: What's "Install Link"?
Answer:	This feature shows the installation instruction for the link on your home page. just follow the four step instructions and you are ready to go.
Question: What's "Tech Support & Chat"?
Answer:	Tech Support and chat allows a Realtor to chat online with customers or tech support no login registration is required just enter the username you like with each session and password you desire.
